Over 23 years directing enterprise-scale telecommunications and infrastructure delivery a career that began in 2004 with network infrastructure and Cisco/ISA administration at an Airtel partner in India, progressed through four years of carrier-grade voice and IP operations at du Telecom in the UAE (2008 to 2012), and matured through structured cabling, CCTV, and access-control programmes across Oman with Assarain Telecom (2012 to 2017). Since 2017, I've served as Project Delivery Manager at Oman International Telecommunications Co. (OHI Telecom), where I'm trusted to deliver disciplined, high-availability execution for the Sultanate's most critical institutions.

My record spans full ownership of multi-million-OMR programmes for Omantel, Petroleum Development Oman (PDO), the Royal Oman Police, the Ministry of Defence, and Oman's Royal Palaces including DWDM/IP core and MPLS network builds, 24/7 O&M across around 80 communication sites in the Dhahirah region, structured cabling for institutions such as the Oman Convention & Exhibition Centre and the Ministry of Education, and infrastructure projects as far afield as Saudi Arabia. One highlight: an Omantel Wholesale VP Certificate of Appreciation for the successful delivery of ECTN WO#8.

Working closely with the operators I serve and with technology partners including Ciena, Cisco, and Huawei, I keep infrastructure aligned to international standards while managing up to 30 concurrent programmes with disciplined ICV, HSE, and stakeholder reporting. I lead with a servant-leadership approach investing in mentorship, arranging structured training with senior team members, and pushing ownership and on-site decision-making to where the work actually happens.

Beyond execution, I care about how delivery itself evolves. As a certified Google Cloud Generative AI Leader and an in-progress PMP candidate, I'm bringing generative AI, intelligent automation, and AI agents into how we plan, report, and manage risk sharpening stakeholder alignment and freeing teams to focus on judgment. The goal isn't to manage projects; it's to build the resilient operating frameworks that let an organisation scale with confidence.
